Current plan names, prices and included access are published on the Plans page. Billing terms shown at checkout control the specific purchase. Cancellation should stop future renewal; it does not erase rights that already arose under applicable consumer law.
Your prompts, characters, scenarios, world canon and roleplay are customer-created content. MelumiyaChat needs only the rights necessary to store, process, synchronize and display that content in order to provide the service and features you choose.
This public legal summary does not grant MELUMIYA permission to turn private customer chats into model-training data by default. If MelumiyaChat introduces an optional contribution or training program that uses conversation content, the scope, consent and controls must be stated explicitly before participation.
Account, subscription, device, support and service-operation data may be processed where needed to run, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service. The privacy notice should be read together with any consent shown inside the product for optional features.
If you apply to the Creator Program, the contact and creator-profile information you submit is used to review the application and reply to you. The website may use a form-delivery provider to transmit that application to MELUMIYA.
MelumiyaChat is positioned for adults aged 18+. Users remain responsible for lawful use, respecting real people and third-party rights, and following any content restrictions required by applicable law or published platform rules.
Nothing on this page removes mandatory Portuguese or EU consumer rights where they apply. Digital-content and service withdrawal/refund rules can depend on when performance starts and what the customer expressly agrees to at purchase, so the checkout disclosure and applicable law govern the specific case.
